I SURVIVE THE CAMP!!!! yay!!
haha. so this what really happen...
once upon....
A TIME....
in a far away town....
in...
Malaysia...
a group of students+ teachers.... went through lots of forests and mud. and reach the top of THE MOUNTAIN * heehee* and everyone SURVIVED..
* yes thats right, i am alive=) *
first day- 18/3
everyone arrived at school at 12 noon and we settled in groups. We played a group called trust circle. each person had to support the people next to him/her and had to lay themself to the person on the other side. so the whole thing looked like chain of people.
At first, the guys had to take a chair each from 3hope* i think* and bring it to the parade square. in abot 3 minutes the chairs were brought and we had to arrange it into a circle with the curve where you sit pointing outwards. The guys did it first and the girls had to pull the chair out.
After that try out, we had to do it in the sun. All the girls went next, we had to support each other and trust one another.* ps, the guys pull out the chairs* then we had to sing the school song. It was actually torturous and terrible as the sun was directly about us.
After that it was the boys turn. we did the same proceedure except the girls pull the chairs and the guys did the trust circle. they sang the national song.
soon as the game was over we had another game. i have forgotton what the game was called but lets call it movement. Movement requires 6 members to play while the others watched and tried to help. In this game, there are 7 paper pasted on the floor( alined with each other), 3 would stand at one side, each on a paper but the 4th paper pasted must not have anyone on it in the beggining. the same goes for the other 3. so to summarise. there are 2 groups of 3 people. one group have to face one side and th other group face the first group..
the circles are the people and the _ is the paper.

the aim is for the red goup to go where the yellow is and the yellow to the red. however, the rule is
1) cannot go backwards only moving forward.
2) one person can move at a time
3) if there is a empty slot, you can move.
for those who dont understand rule 3....

ok. then after some time, we manage to finish the game and broke the record of finishing it in 10 seconds i think without communication. wont tell the solution.* heehee find out yourself*
then gathered and had a toilet break. then had to buy food and so on.A few of us( including me!!!) went to but food while the others got the pots and tents. After buying, we had to pack into our bags and blahblah. then soon after, went on bus.
Since we were late, we had to eat dinner in 20 minutes, it was the best dinner throughout the 5 days and i ate 3 bowls of rice* ps , i never ate anything yet so DAMN hungry* after eating halfway, had to leave and was still not full but a little hungry.. had prawns, rice, vegetables* yuck!!!* some weird unknown food, roasted chicken, cabbage+white raddis soup. Thanks to those who helped make the passing of food faster.- seow hwee for opening the prawn's shell and the scooping of soup, fu cheng+erica for scooping rice and manymany more, lazy to elaborate.
so rushed to the train and nearly missed it. me, jia yun, and chester was separated from barbarians* our group name* ( we were in a different cabin) after that went to where the others was and listened to the debrief and later went back.
Second day.....
dada daaa daaa...... we survived the second day. after a nice rest at the train, we had to wait 1 more hour( donno why ) before we reached the station. so me and jia yun was freaking bored, so we go bak and forth the train with zhi yu and geraldine. we were like-exploring the train and it was really boring. sooo waited and waited and waited.. and ALAS we reached the station. i found out that the shit(poop and pee) actually goes on the train track ... OMG!!! thats disgusting. but, if it nevers goes on the tracks, were does it goes?? ..... the more i think about it, the more sick i feel.... ok, lets continue where we left off shall we?
so melcom( i think is spelled that way, ps. his name is pronouned as mel-com so i think it is spelled that way ), was our group the " trainer".. however, most of the time, he just stand there=.=haiz wateva. so when we were at the station, we had to cook breadfast... PS. that means boiling water.. since we drank milo for breakfast. Actually, it was not bad. Do you know that the female toilet was no where to be seen!!!, so used the male toilet to wash the messtin. so later learnt the " strawberry shortcake song" ok.. i am rnnning out of time for the computer so will roughly brief what happen.
then took a van to the bottom of the mountain then climb the mountain to the base camp. then had lunch then rained then had camp fire preparation then water activities was canceled so blahblahblah. then soon leep after dinner and debrief.
third day...
climb to the summit and came back... then didnt eat dinner and slept.
forth day,
was ic for the day, then clib down mountain then clean tents and i did debrief and i suck at it. then took train back to singapore
fifth day
phone spoiled but we reached singapore, happy that we survive.
